As a lifelong resident of the Rye-Harrison area, Debbie has exceptional insight into both communities as well as the surrounding villages of Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Mamaroneck.
Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2008, Debbie spent over 15 years teaching in the Harrison Central School District and neighboring parochial schools. These experiences served as a foundation for building a wealth of knowledge about local schools, neighborhoods, and housing options. Currently, she assists with our youngest residents, Kindergarten students in the Rye City School District.
Debbie continually builds knowledge of the Sound Shore communities by assisting a myriad of clients especially first time home buyers who can appreciate the individual attention and care that Debbie provides her clients. You can count on her to give you the attention and direction needed whether you are renting an apartment, selling a condo, or purchasing a grand home.
Additionally, she has recent involvement in the building and management aspects of the industry having assisted in the construction of a two home residential subdivision and currently helps to manage a new construction eleven unit rental building in Harrison known as 50Six Calvert.
Debbie is an Alumni of Harrison High School, St. Bonaventure University, and Manhattanville College. Two of her three daughters graduated from the Rye City School District, and the youngest will soon also be an alumni.
Community involvement is a huge priority in Debbie's life and she is engaged in many aspects. Debbie serves as a client coordinator and volunteer for The Wig Exchange-a service organization for cancer patients going through chemotherapy as well as a volunteer member of the Soul Ryeders and Friends Organization.
For many years, Debbie was a Catechist for Resurrection Parish and continues to actively volunteer when needed. She also served as a board member of the Rye Girls Softball League and a Scout Leader. She is a former member of the Denison University Parents Club and has assisted with recruiting for the college in our area.
